We use an onsite/offshore delivery model. While the requirements gathering and analysis is conducted onsite, the software development is performed at our offshore facility in Bangalore, India.

We realize that cost is a major factor for small and medium businesses. The owners would like to know how much a solution is going to cost and when it is going to be delivered. Therefore, we offer a fixed price/fixed time model.

For large enterprises, we provide services on a time and materials basis. For certain modules, where the scope is well defined, we also offer a fixed price/fixed time model.

Methodologies and Frameworks

We understand that small/medium businesses operate under cost or technology constraints with minimal managerial and process overhead – the overriding factor is time to market. Therefore, we use Rapid Application Development Methodology (RAD), which leverages rapid prototyping techniques, minimal overhead in requirements gathering and an accelerated model of delivery.

For large enterprises, we use a combination of Object-Oriented Development Lifecycle (OODLC), which is based on Rational Unifed Process (RUP), and RAD.
